BYS series impeller of jet fan is designed using air dynamics principle, the motor drives the rotation ofthe air to work (in the design of geometric parameters specified below) to produce maximum thrust, theair is ejected from the gas section at high speed, and the air around it is moved forward together, Whenthe air flows close to the stagnation state, the air conditioner is operated by the next set of fans tocontinuously replenish the idle air and eliminate the foul air so as to realize the fresh and clean aircirculating flowin the tunnel.

Product purpose
BYS series jet fans are designed for the highway, railway tunnel longitudinal ventilation system, and in theemergency state of smoke emission cohtrol design of power mechanical ventilation equipment. At thesame time, it can also be used for ventilation in tunnels and auxiliary tunnel projects. The workingconditions of the jet fan can be continuously operated at 25 degrees to 35 degrees. When a fire occurs inthe tunnel, it can be continued for a short period of time (1 hours) within 250 degrees

BYT series axial flow fan is a new generation of low noise axial flow fan, it is used the optimization design
of aerodynamic principles and advanced processing technology. The whole machine is reasonable in
structure, durable, safe and practical. Using adjustable moving blade aluminum alloy impeller, and the body painted
by high-tmperature, never fades.
In the same installation position, with the advantage that can realize the positive, reverse bidirectional ventilation,
the blade angle can be adjusted according to the requirements for the wind.Compared with axial flow fan now in
common use, air volume increased by 42%, air pressure increased by 30%, noise (A noise) decreased by
10 18dB (A), total pressure efficiency up to 82.3%.The maximum air volume up to 140000 m3/h.
BYT series axial flow fan has 19 specifications according to the diameter of impeller. The blade number is 6-14
pieces per machine. The blade has an angle of 15-35 degrees.
BYT series axial flow fan is equipped with high temperature resistant motor (insulation grade F, protection grade
IP54). The shell adopts high temperature baking process. It can run at a high temperature environment below 120
C. The impeller is made of low magnesium aluminum alloy and has flameproof performance, so it can transport
inflammable gas after it is equipped with flameproof motor.
